Passive income

Constructed properties will earn passive income for their owners, as each of their rooms will be rented daily to Non-Player Characters (NPC) for a fixed amount of NE.
Each room produces a base amount of 180 NE/day and players will be able to collect NE from their properties in 7-day timeframes of production.
The property's production begins at the moment of constructing the property on the land; however, the 7-day collection timeframe of your property will not reset until the earnings from the NPC guests are collected, which means that your property will not be able to generate more income if there are earnings to be claimed.
To construct a property on land, you will need to use the in-game item Construction Crew.

NPC guests will give a complete reward to the owner of the property ONLY if the room is clean. An unhappy tenant will consider a fair reduction of 80% of the payment when their room is uncleaned. Their arrival will be every day at 00:00 UTC and if by that time any room remains uncleaned the reward will be automatically lowered.
Rooms that need cleaning at 00:00 UTC will suffer a 80% reduction in the rent they produce that day.

Repairing is an essential task for investors/owners and will play a critical role in the percentage of the reward the owner of the NFT gets at the end of the day. Every day, from 01:00 to 16:00 UTC there is a random chance that a property presents a failure, and if no reparations were made by the end of the day (00:00 UTC), there will be a 90% deduction on the reward of EVERY room.
Properties that need reparations by the end of the day (00:00 UTC) will receive a 90% deduction on the reward of EVERY room.

Free land

Bandits can take advantage of exposed properties that are built on the Desert and will steal an important percentage of the generated reward; this is why players should look to build fences around their properties to keep any intruders away.
Properties constructed in deserts that have no fences by 00:00 UTC will receive 95% less rent per room.
Changes can be made in order to ensure the sustainability of the game economy.
