Nintia has 4 different cities. Every city has a fixed amount of land. Each land is an NFT that has attributes depending on the city they are located in. Within the same city, every plot of land shares the same attributes. For example, every plot of land in Wakefield has 6 slots and grass aesthetics.
Socially developed cities have better production rates as they are better populated. NPC tenants are willing to pay more for housing located in popular cities. Thereby, more expensive lands will generate better profits for the owner.
In addition, in the outsides of Nintia, a vast and never-ending desert exists and many nomads manage to live with little to no expenses. Every user that comes to Nintia Estate will receive a non-NFT plot of land in the desert for free. This land is untradeable and unsellable as it is not an NFT.
There are some downsides to having properties located in the desert. First, bandits can take advantage of exposed properties and will steal (and burn) an important percentage of the generated reward; therefore, users should look to build fences around their properties to keep any intruders away.
Another consideration to make is that the desert soil is not appropriate to construct buildings nor skyscrapers, so users won't be able to construct these types of properties in their free land.
The amount of properties that can be constructed in each land type and the bonus rent is defined in the following table:
Users must head to our shop and buy the land they are looking for using $NINTI tokens. Every $NINTI spent in our shop will be distributed in the following way:
- 80% goes back to in-game rewards
- 20% will be burned
